Shipping & Deliveries

All shipments are F.O.B ACS distribution centers and are sent best way ( unless otherwise specified ) and prepaid and added to customer invoice. Goods become customer property when accepted by the freight carrier. Any address correction by our Carriers for correct delivery will incur an additional $15.00 fee. Address corrections include omission of Suite or Apartment numbers, incorrect Physical Address, Zip Codes or Building Information.

All our packaging is in accordance with carrier requirements. For your protection, please examine any shipment carefully before accepting. If there is evidence of damage or a shortage, make suitable notation to that effect on the freight bill before you sign it. Failure to make this notification absolves the carrier of any responsibility and subsequent claims. Please notify ACS at 1-800-378-1191 within five days of receipt of a damaged or short order. Interstate commerce commission rules allow for the filing of claims for concealed damage up to 15 days after the receipt of goods. Please notify us within this time period if you discover such damage. ACS will replace any damaged goods or shortage at no charge to you if the above instructions are followed
