Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
GENERAL
ACS (American Corporate Services) may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Website. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment net due at time of order. Terms with approved credit application. ACS reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 1 ½% per month on invoices that are past due. ACS acccepts: Money Orders, Personal Checks, Company Checks, American Express, Discover, Master Card & Visa. No Cash Accepted!
ESTABILISHING CREDIT – PLACING YOUR FIRST ORDER
Credit must be established using our Credit Application. Processing time is usually 5 business days, but is based on how quickly your references respond. ACS may at any time cancel or change your credit terms at our discretion and may request payment in advance at any time!
ORDERING ON-LINE
Freight and state sales tax will be added at the time order is invoiced. ACS always forwards to the customer total amount to be charged including freight and state sales tax before order is processed.
FREIGHT POLICY
All shipments are F.O.B ACS distribution centers and are sent best way ( unless otherwise specified ) and prepaid and added to customer invoice. Goods become customer property when accepted by the freight carrier.
DAMAGES/SHORTAGES IN TRANSIT
All our packaging is in accordance with carrier requirements. For your protection, please examine any shipment carefully before accepting. If there is evidence of damage or a shortage, make suitable notation to that effect on the freight bill before you sign it. Failure to make this notification absolves the carrier of any responsibility and subsequent claims. Please notify ACS at 1-800-378-1191 within five days of receipt of a damaged or short order. Interstate commerce commission rules allow for the filing of claims for concealed damage up to 15 days after the receipt of goods. Please notify us within this time period if you discover such damage. ACS will replace any damaged goods or shortage at no charge to you if the above instructions are followed
RETURNS
We grant returns on products only if the product and the packaging are in re-sellable condition. There is a 30 day return policy. Customers have 15 days to return products after they have received them. Products are not returnable after this time. The cost to return the product will normally be the return freight charges plus restocking fee. If the return is a result of our error, we will issue a call tag. All other returns are subject to restocking fees. Custom products are not returnable.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Custom products are those items made to the customer’s specifications that require additional lead time to produce and are not returnable. ACS can manufacture all types of custom filing products and forms. Custom products require price quotes and in most situations proofs. A sample may be required from the customer to start the order.

Over-Runs & Under Runs
10% overruns or under runs are industry standard for custom printing. Customer accepts 10% over or under run, unless exact quantity specifically requested by customer which may require an additional 10% up charge in the cost of the product.
ARTWORK
Customer typically provides camera ready art or electronic file for production of custom work. However ACS can create artwork for an additional charge for any custom jobs. Some jobs may incur a onetime plate fee.
PRODUCTS DETAILS AND COLORS
ACS provides products of the highest quality, and reserves the right to change or modify any product it supplies. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and details of our products that appear in this catalog however actual items may differ slightly from catalog description.
PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed in this catalog are quoted in U.S. Dollars only and are valid and effective only in the United States. Prices in the catalog typically match those on our website, although there might be slight differences. In the event of a discrepancy in pricing ACS will contact you before processing your order.
Order Cancellations
All orders entered are considered firm and cannot be cancelled unless ACS provides a written authorization signed by our Production Manager. Cancellation costs will be billed.
Warranty Disclaimer

Typographical Errors
In the event that a American Corporate Services product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, American Corporate Services reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. American Corporate Services reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, American Corporate Services shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by American Corporate Services without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
